The winery is run by Martin Shaw, one of the pioneering Australia’s flying winemakers, and Michael Hill-Smith, Australia’s first Master of Wine. These two have always made great wines, but with their immaculate new winery (opened just before the 2000 vintage) the wines are getting even greater.
