Delicate aromaitic, lychee aromas with greengage and citrus fruit. Textural palate with baked apricots and ripe citrus fruits with a smooth, seductive finish.

This limited edition wine boasts with beautiful fleshy green plum and white pear aromas thus making it the perfect companion to zesty salads, light meat dishes and even seasonal seafood options.

VINIFICATION
Whole bunch pressed and settled for 24 hours. Racked to 4th fill French oak barrels and further fermented. Thick lees contact for about 6 months with regular ‘bâtonnage’ then racked from thick lees with sulphur added and aged in the same barrels for a further 2-3 months.
