The signature wine of Nyetimber is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier and is a perfect balance of elegance and intensity. The blend includes wines from all our vineyards and also from several vintages.

The pale-golden hue and fine bubbles make our flagship Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage the ideal occasion-ready drink – whether it’s toasting a big birthday or simply finishing a busy week. Following extensive ageing in our cellar (usually more than three years), our Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage has distinctive toasty and spicy aromas. A palate of honey, almond, pastry and baked apples gives it a hint of decadence. Intense yet delicate, elegant yet complex – it’s no wonder it’s consistently crowned one of the best English sparkling wines.

Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after more than three years on lees in our cellar. The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.

Spread across several separate sites, our vineyards, with greensand or chalk soils, allow our vines to flourish across the south of England, and are perfectly situated on gentle south-facing slopes for the best possible exposure to the English sunshine. This ensures our Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes gradually achieve the ideal level of ripeness before harvest. Each handpicked parcel is assessed for optimum levels of quality, ripeness and character before being used to produce a Nyetimber wine.
